1) Non personalized orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Personalized and customized orders will be shipped within 10 business days. If the order is urgent: please inform and we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible.
2) Shipping: all shipments will be delivered by UPS or FedEx standard guaranteed service unless otherwise specified by client.
3) For sanitary reasons all edible food orders are not returnable.
4) In periods of extreme heat (above 70°F, 21°C) or Frost (40°F, 5°C), all chocolate orders will be shipped in a Styrofoam box to avoid damage. A surcharge of 4.99 $ will be applied. |
