Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our type of goods, all purchases are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchanges or refund for a damaged product.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or unused, with seals & tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will be asked to send us the items. Le Panier Belge will only pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped with your parcel. Hence, if there was a mistake on our part, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
